京都御苑

Kyoto Imperial Park is a royal park located in the center of Kyoto, Japan, with a history spanning over 500 years. It was once the residence of the Japanese emperors and is still used by the imperial family today. The park covers an area of approximately 110,000 square meters, stretching 700 meters east to west and 1,300 meters north to south. It features multiple gardens, walkways, and green spaces. It has been opened to the public, becoming an ideal place for both locals and tourists to enjoy nature. During spring, the cherry blossoms bloom, attracting many visitors to enjoy the scenic beauty. The “East Garden of the Imperial Palace” on the eastern side of the park is especially popular for cherry blossom viewing 京都御苑（Kyoto Imperial Park）是日本京都市中心的一座皇家公園，擁有超過500年的歷史。它曾是日本天皇的居所之一，現仍為皇室所用。 御苑總面積約達11萬平方米，東西長700米，南北長1300米，內部設有多個庭園、步道與綠地，並已開放給民眾，成為市民和遊客親近自然的理想場所。 春季櫻花盛開，御苑內的櫻花樹吸引了大量遊客前來賞花。特別是御苑東側的「御所東庭園」，是賞櫻的熱門地點。

京都御苑以前是京都御所的内宫，历史感满满。现在整个区域成了大公园，绿树成荫，特别适合散步或找个长椅坐着发呆。京都御所和仙洞御所还在用，但参观得提前预约，远远看写着“今日已约满”，还是提前功课做的不够。游客不多，免费，很悠闲，推荐来走一圈

免费参观，不能进园林，天皇故居可以从外面绕一圈
